The data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on personal data processing is AC software, s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 27305325, registered office at Jáchymovská 271/26, 460 10 Liberec 10, Czech Republic.

2. What data we process

We process only the data you provide voluntarily through the contact form or by e-mail — typically:

  • full name;
  • e-mail address and phone number;
  • the type and size of your practice;
  • the content of your message.

We also process technically necessary server data (IP address, request date and time) to a limited extent for operation and security of the website.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data in order to respond to your enquiry, prepare an offer and deliver services. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the operator).

4. Retention period

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to handle your request, or for the duration of any business relationship, and afterwards for any period required by applicable law.

5. Cookies

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies for the user session (language preference, CSRF protection). We do not use any analytical, tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing and data portability. Complaints may be lodged with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic.

7. Transfers

We do not transfer your data to third countries and do not share it with third-party controllers. Processors (hosting and e-mail providers) are bound by contractual obligations and operate within the EU.
